Refund and Returns Policy

At CameraMelo, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and refunds in accordance with our policy. Please carefully review the following guidelines to understand the process for returns and refunds.

1. Returns Eligibility

  • Return Timeframe: We accept returns for most items within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of use.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are non-returnable:
    • Gift cards
    • Digital downloads
    • Opened or used software
    • Items marked as final sale
    • Custom or special-order items
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cameramelo.com to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase to request a return authorization number (RAN) and return instructions.
  • Step 2: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. Please include the return authorization number on the outside of the package.
  • Step 3: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
  • Step 4: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to process once the returned item is received. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card issuer to post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund if the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

4. Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
  • Please contact our customer service team for assistance if you need guidance on how to process an exchange.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@cameramelo.com within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.
  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged or defective item and packaging to help us process your claim with the carrier.

6. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., sending the wrong product or a defective item).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable, except in cases where the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

7. Restocking Fees

  • In some cases, we may charge a restocking fee for returned items, particularly for large or bulky products. This will be clearly indicated at the time of your return request.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you will need to follow our return process after receiving the item.
